Reina Da Costa’s is a mother who raises four kids on her own. She lost her house during a natural disaster that devastated Venezuela on the 16th of December 1999, and lived for a year in a refuge. In the name of her community, she struggles to receive the houses promised by Hugo Chavez, the President of the Republic. Through that fight to reach a decent life, we dive in the political and social’s context Venezuela knows today. It’s also the drama that all refugees live today.
